Logistics, Answered

Clear responses to common delivery challenges

We integrate logistics and delivery management into eCommerce platforms, ensuring real-time tracking, efficient routing, and a seamless customer experience.

Brands feed orders, geo-coordinates, promised time windows, and vehicle capacities into an AI routing engine that solves a vehicle-routing problem (VRP) to generate optimal sequences and clusters per driver. The delivery app consumes these routes, updates in real time as traffic or delays occur, and re-optimizes when new orders arrive—cutting miles, fuel, and idle time without adding vans.
Build a “carrier selection” service that scores carriers per order using rules and ML (SLA match, lane performance, cost, capacity, COD support) and returns the chosen carrier + service level via API. Orders flow through this service at creation time, then to label creation and manifesting; over time you retrain the model on actual on-time and cost outcomes.
Normalize tracking by storing your own shipment entity with a unified status model (created, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, failed) and polling/webhooking each carrier’s tracking API into that model. Customer apps and CS tools read only from your tracking service, which also computes ETAs using historical delivery times and live telemetry from driver apps.
AI routing engines take order locations, depot/warehouse location, driver capacity/hours, historical travel times, live traffic, and constraints (time windows, priorities) to solve constrained VRP variants. They output route sequences and ETAs, then continuously adjust using GPS pings from driver apps and real-time delay signals.
Reduce failed deliveries by combining address validation (geocoding, Pincode checks, plus address autocomplete) with pre-delivery confirmations and user-selectable delivery slots when someone is likely home. In the app, let customers update instructions, verify phone and location, and rebook missed deliveries easily; route optimization should prioritize confirmed-slot stops earlier in the day.

Every delivery is connected, every mile optimized

Use AI-driven route optimization and GPS tracking; see live delivery progress, update customers instantly, and cut delays and costs across the entire journey.
