Define ROI as a concrete before/after delta: for productivity, tasks/hour or content pieces/week per person; for CX, resolution time or tickets deflected; for revenue, uplift in conversion/AOV from AI‑enhanced experiences. Run A/B tests where AI is one variant, log exposure and outcomes, and track payback period (implementation + run cost vs monthly gains) so projects can be judged against other roadmap bets.
